Lily Preve was born in 1966 in Athens, Greece. She studied Graphic Arts – Graphic Design at the University of West Attica. She has attended a wide range of jewelry design and construction workshops, conceptual design seminars, and other specialized programs with Greek and international artists at the Anamma Art Jewelry School. She is currently furthering her artistic practice through studies in Printmaking and Sculpture.
Lily has participated in numerous exhibitions in Greece and abroad. She lives and works in Athens as an independent contemporary jewelry artist.
With a background in applied arts, she developed a strong foundation in observation, experimentation, composition, and implementation. Her involvement in contemporary art jewelry has opened new pathways for creative expression, blending traditional techniques with conceptual depth.
In 2024, as part of the Jelo6 Project, she was awarded the Material Quests Prize by the Benaki Museum Shop, an award established by Despina Geroulanou.
